As of 3/19/13, we are no longer able to accommodate events for the month of April requiring Production Services. This does not impact currently confirmed events; we are still accepting requests for meeting space.

Note for Classroom users: The online request system does not allow users to specifically select individual classrooms or auditoria. If you have a preferred venue, please indicate your desired space in the “event details” section of your request and we will do our best to accommodate. We reserve classroom space after 6PM and on weekends; for all other times, contact Classroom Scheduling in the Registrar’s Office.
